1- Eligibility
You have a 14-day return policy, which means you have only 14 days right of cancellation on ordered products, calculated from the day on which they are received.
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase , But if you choose to cancel a purchase :

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the product must be in the same undamaged condition as received “its original packaging “, unworn or unwashed with the original ticket attached.
Please Note: All orders are eligible for only ONE post purchase action (exchange OR return) - You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase “ order number “
- As packaging represents a significant portion of the product’s value, The customer is liable for ensuring that the return goods are packaged suitably, If product returned without its packaging , or damaged there is penalty for 1.5% of the value of the product. Thus, you are encouraged to save the packaging until you are certain that you wish to keep the product.

If approved,Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
